— CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY

Bringing more food choices to Japan, and to the world.

By connecting ingredients and people and drawing out new value, we create a well-being future.

At our company, with “food choices” as our theme, we propose ways for busy modern people to become truly healthy through the choices they make in their meals.

In Japan, even if people want to choose vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options, it can feel difficult in everyday life.

We believe that it is not only about being able to choose meals—supporting how we relate to others, our mindset, and our mental well-being is also necessary.

We also aim to connect Japan’s wonderful food culture, history, and ingredients with the world, and propose sharing Japanese food with the next generation.
