The days are getting shorter, and we can feel the seasonal shift from summer to autumn.
At en-kitchen, several of our most popular annual events are now available for pre-order all at once.
Among them, our osechi cuisine is especially popular.
Our osechi is completely handmade and prepared in limited quantities, based on the concept of
【Sharing Tradition with Everyone】.
It is a gluten-free and vegan osechi, with the option to add a meat and fish set if desired.
The portion is designed for about two people, so there is no excess food.
Because our staff prepares everything by hand, we are unable to increase production each year.
For this reason, we begin accepting pre-orders around October.
In addition, we will be introducing more events gradually, including:
