
Thank you very much for your generous support of our crowdfunding project,
“A gift project to expand ‘edible’ food choices using vegetables from Aichi Prefecture.”
en-kitchen opened a vegetable café in 2016 that does not use eggs, dairy products, or wheat.
Since then, we have welcomed many guests, and through our online business as well,
we have had the opportunity to hear the voices of a great number of customers.
Through these experiences, we felt that what is needed for the next ten years is to
share food choices and values that we wish to pass on to the future in a way that is true to us.
With this in mind, we planned this project.
Regarding the carrot dressing currently in production, all designs have been completed,
and we have reached the stage of waiting for delivery.
Even through the process of product development, we have never compromised on ingredient selection.
With support for producers and the future of food in mind, every single ingredient we use
comes from producers who share the same uncompromising values.
Updates on our progress will be shared on Chef Chiaki’s Instagram account
(this is a new account) and on the blog within our website,
where we will continue to post about ingredients and our activities.
